The softest cinnamon rolls I ever made! Before they used to turn out so dry and crummy, but now I don't use any other recipe than this one! Printable RECIPE: 🤍 DOUGH (CLICK ABOVE LINK FOR METRIC MEASUREMENTS) 2½ cups all purpose flour ¼ cup sugar 2¼ teaspoons instant yeast ½ teaspoon salt ½ cup whole milk 3 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 egg ¼ cup water FILLING ¼ cup butter soft ⅓ cup brown sugar 1 tablespoon cinnamon pinch salt CREAM CHEESE GLAZE 4 ounces cream cheese room temperature 2 tablespoons butter room temperature ¾ - 1 cup confectioner's sugar ½ teaspoon vanilla INSTRUCTIONS For the dough, combine in a large bowl the flour, sugar, instant yeast and salt. Heat milk in a small pot over the stove or in the microwave until quite warm. Add butter and stir until melted. Add vegetable oil and vanilla. Cool milk mixture to lukewarm if necessary. You should barely be able to feel it when you stick your finger in it. Make a well in the dry ingredients and add milk mixture. Add egg and water. Mix by hand or using stand mixer until the mixture forms a very soft, sticky dough. Knead 6-8 minutes using the dough hook attachment or by hand. Add 2-3 tablespoons of flour if the dough looks too much like a thick batter, but it should still be very sticky. If the dough is very dry and easy to handle, add more water to make it sticky. Knead until it feels very smooth. Cover well with plastic wrap and proof for 1½ - 2 hours or until doubled in bulk. While dough is rising, combine the brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl for the filling. Once the dough has proofed, roll out into a rectangle that measures 15x10 inches. Use a small amount of flour on your work surface to prevent sticking. Spread the soft butter over entire surface of the dough, then sprinkle on the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture. Starting from long edge closest to you, roll dough as tightly as you can. When you reach the end, pinch the seam very well to seal. Using a sharp knife or a piece of string, cut the roll into 8-12 buns. Arrange evenly in a buttered parchment lined 14 x 8 inch pan and cover with plastic. Allow to rise in a warm place for another 45-60 minutes or until doubled in size. Preheat oven to 375F/190C. Bake rolls for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown and fully cooked in the middles. Set aside to cool while making the frosting. For frosting, cream together cream cheese and butter until smooth. You can do this by hand or with an electric mixer. Slowly add the powdered sugar, a couple of tablespoons at a time, creaming well after each addition. Add vanilla and beat until smooth. Frost cinnamon rolls while they are still slightly warm but not too hot. The frosting should not melt. Serve immediately or keep well wrapped in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. HOMEMADE CINNAMON ROLLS Servings: 14 INGREDIENTS Dough ½ cup unsalted butter, melted 2 cups whole milk, warm to the touch (110-115˚F) ½ cup granulated sugar 1 pack active dry yeast 5 cups flour, divided 1 teaspoon baking powder 2 teaspoons salt Filling ¾ cup butter, softened ¾ cup light brown sugar 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon Frosting 4 ounces cream cheese, softened 2 tablespoons butter, melted 2 tablespoons whole milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup powdered sugar PREPARATION 1. Generously butter two disposable foil pie/cake pans. 2. In a large bowl, whisk together warm milk, melted butter, and granulated sugar. The mixture should be just warm, registering between 100-110˚F. If it is hotter, allow to cool slightly. 3. Sprinkle the yeast evenly over the warm mixture and let set for 1 minute. 5. Add 4 cups of all-purpose flour to the milk mixture and mix with a wooden spoon until just combined. 6. Cover the bowl with a towel or plastic wrap and set in a warm place to rise for 1 hour. 7. Preheat oven to 350˚F/180˚C 8. After 1 hour, the dough should have nearly doubled in size. Remove the towel and add an additional ¾ cup of flour, the baking powder, and salt. Stir well, then turn out onto a well-floured surface. 9. Knead the dough lightly, adding additional flour as necessary, until the dough just loses its stickiness and does not stick to the surface. 10. Roll the dough out into a large rectangle, about ½-inch thick. Fix corners to make sure they are sharp and even. 11. Spread the softened butter evenly over the dough. 12. Sprinkle evenly with brown sugar and a generous sprinkling of cinnamon. Press the mixture into the butter. 13. Roll up the dough, forming a log, and pinch the seam closed. Place seam-side down. Trim off any unevenness on either end. 14. Cut the log in half, then divide each half into 7 evenly sized pieces (about 1½ inches thick each). 15. Place 7 cinnamon rolls in each cake pan, one in the center, six around the sides. Cover with plastic wrap and place in a warm place to rise for 30 minutes. 16. Remove plastic wrap. Bake the cinnamon rolls in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown. 17. While the cinnamon rolls are baking, prepare the frosting. In a medium-size mixing bowl, whisk together cream cheese, butter, vanilla, whole milk, and powdered sugar, until smooth. 18. Remove the cinnamon buns from the oven. While still warm, drizzle evenly with frosting. 19. Enjoy! Subscribe for more video recipes: 🤍 Ingredients Dough 1 ¼ (310 ml) cup 2% milk, just above body temperature (105 F) 2 ¼ tsp (1 pkg or 8 g) instant dry yeast ¼ cup (50 g) sugar 1 large egg at room temperature ¼ cup (60 g) unsalted butter, melted 3 ½ cup (525 g) all-purpose flour ¾ tsp (4 g) salt Goo ½ cup (115 g) unsalted butter 1 cup (200 g) packed light brown sugar ½ cup (125 ml) maple syrup Filling & Assembly ⅔ cup (140 g) packed light brown sugar 1 Tbsp (10 g) ground cinnamon 3 Tbsp (45 g) unsalted butter, melted Directions Dough 1. For the dough, measure all the ingredients into a bowl and stir with a wooden spoon, or blend in a stand mixer fitted with the hook attachment until evenly combined. If mixing by hand, turn the dough out onto a work surface and knead until smooth, about 5 minutes, or if in a mixer, knead for about 3 minutes. Transfer the dough to an oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let rise until doubled in size, 90 minutes to 2 hours. Goo 1. For the goo, add the butter, brown sugar and maple syrup in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until melted and the mixture is bubbling. Pour this into a greased 9-x-13-inch pan the prepared pan and set aside. Filling & Assembly 1. For the filling, stir the brown sugar and cinnamon together and set aside. Have the melted butter ready. 2. Turn the risen dough onto a lightly floured surface and roll it out into a rectangle about 18-x-12 inches. Brush the entire surface of the dough with the melted butter and sprinkle with the cinnamon brown sugar mixture. Roll up the dough from the longer side and then cut the roll into 12 pieces. Place these into the prepared pan, evenly spaced, cover with plastic wrap or tea towel and let rise for an hour. 3. Preheat the oven to 350 F (175 C). Uncover the risen sticky buns and bake them for 40-45 minutes, until they are a rich golden brown. It is recommended to cool the sticky buns for 15 minutes in the pan before inverting to serve. 4. The sticky buns are best served the day they are baked. Tip: If you want to enjoy the sticky buns first thing in the morning, prepare the buns to the point of cutting the dough and putting them in the goo in the pan, then cover and place in the fridge overnight. Take the buns straight from the fridge and place in a cold oven. Set the temperature to 350 F (175 C) and bake for 45 minutes. By the time the oven gets to temperature, the buns will have raised the perfect amount. How to Make HOMEMADE CINNAMON ROLLS I Tastes of Lizzy T ↓↓↓↓↓↓ CLICK FOR RECIPE ↓↓↓↓↓↓↓↓ The best homemade cinnamon rolls ever! If you love gooey cinnamon buns, here’s the secret ingredient. Everyone raves about these homemade yeast rolls. GOOEY CINNAMON ROLLS: CINNABON COPYCAT RECIPE Before I had this homemade cinnamon rolls recipe, I was addicted to Cinnabon cinnamon rolls. They were large, soft, and gooey. I’m all about the gooey. I searched and searched (mostly recipe books because recipe websites were not a huge thing back then) and finally found a key idea. Add heavy cream to the cinnamon buns before baking. THIS is the secret ingredient and what makes the rolls rich and gooey. Cinnabon copycat recipe? That’s not what I was going for, but I think we pretty much got it. Here’s how you do it. After the cinnamon rolls are rolled into their pretty swirls and you’ve allowed them to rise in the pan…right before they are ready to bake, warm heavy cream in a small bowl. Why warm the cream? Because your rolls have risen in warmth and you don’t want to add refrigerator-cold cream to your cinnamon rolls. Adding warm (not hot!) heavy cream will keep the rolls rising as they should during baking. Pour the heavy cream overtop all of the rolls and watch that rich cream soak in and around the cinnamon roll dough. Can you make the cinnamon rolls without heavy cream? Yes. Will they be good? Yes. Will they be as gooey? No. I find that the heavy cream helps the filling of the cinnamon rolls to be smoother and not as grainy. So just try it, K? Thanks for watching! In a large bowl, mix together 1½ cups of warm milk, ½ cup of granulated sugar, ½ cup unsalted melted butter, and 2 tsps of active dry yeast. 2. Let this mixture sit for 15 minutes for the bubbles to form. 3. Add 4 cups of all-purpose flour to the mixture. 4. Mix it all together using either a spoon or hands to form a dough. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it sit for 1 hour in order for the dough to rise. 5. On a board, sprinkle all-purpose flour and knead the dough with your hands. 6. Roll out the dough using a rolling pin and shape it into a rectangle. 7. In a separate bowl, mix together ¾ cup of brown sugar, nan½ cup room temperature butter and 2 ½ tbsp cinnamon to make the filling. 8. Spread the filling on the dough using a flat spatula. 9. Starting from one of the small sides of the rectangle, roll the dough. It’s recommended to roll it as tight as possible. 10. Use dental floss to cut the cinnamon rolls (see video on the method) or a sharp knife. 11. Let the cinnamon rolls sit for 10 minutes. 12. Spread room temperature butter on a baking tray and place the cinnamon rolls. Leave 1-2 inches of space between the rolls. 13. Recommended method: place aluminum foil on top of the cinnamon rolls and put it in the oven for 15 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Then remove the aluminum foil and let it sit in the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes or until golden brown. 14. Allow the cinnamon rolls to cool down for 10 minutes. 15. To make the icing, mix together powdered sugar, water and vanilla extract (you can also add cream cheese to make a thicker icing). 16. Pour the icing on the cinnamon rolls and serve.

Link Below Our AMAZON STOREFRONT: 🤍 - Thank you to our friend Lillith for typing the recipe for us #viewsclub Dough Ingredients: 4 1/2 C All-Purpose Flour 1 1/4 C Lukewarm Milk 2 Large Room Temp Eggs 1/3 C Softened Butter 2 1/2 Tsp Yeast 1 1/2 Tsp Salt 1/2 C Sugar * For even fluffier cinnamon rolls add 1 Tbsp baking powder 1. Whip together the butter and eggs until combined. Slowly add the milk while the beater is on. 2. In a separate bowl add flour, salt, and sugar then stir them until combined. 3. Add yeast to the butter milk mixture. Mix. Slowly begin to add the flour. Get your hands in there and get messy. Tip: Dough too sticky? Add flour to the surfaces. To your hands. To everything. 4. Place your ball of dough into a completely dry, greased, bowl. Cover and leave to rise in a warm spot for 2 hours or until doubled in size. Tip: Leave another 1/3 C of butter to soften. The Filling: 1/3 C Softened Butter 1 Tsp Vanilla 1 1/2 C Brown Sugar 3 1/2 Tbs Cinnamon for dark cinnamon flavor. 2 Tbs for lighter. 1. Combine sugar with cinnamon. Set aside. 2. Combine vanilla and butter. FROSTING: 6 Tbs or 1/2 pack of soft Cream Cheese 1/4 C softened Butter. (Yes, more butter!) 1 Tsp Vanilla 1 1/2 C Powdered Sugar *make sure to add powder sugar gradually to avoid clumps 1. Combine. Construction: 1. Roll out your dough on a floured surface until it looks about right. c; 2. Brush the dough with your vanilla butter mixture until you've used it all up or painted all of the dough. 3. Smear the brown sugar-cinnamon mixture over your dough next. You can't really mess it up at this point. 4. Tightly and carefully roll your dough up into a tube.
